Refund Policy
BotMeNot offers free trial credits, which can be used to test how the service works, prior to subscription.
Therefore, we will accept refund requests only if it appears that BotMeNot cannot accurately test the bot protection level of a particular Website.
Refund requests must be made up to 30 days after the payment.
Refund requests can be submitted via support@botmenot.com with mail subject Refund.
